We deliver within a 30-mile radius of Boston, MA — covering the Greater Boston area including Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Somerville, Quincy, and the North and South Shore. For events beyond that range, contact us and we’ll see what we can arrange.

Our standard prize packs include a curated selection of plush toys, novelty items, and small gifts suitable for all ages. Premium and Luxury packs include higher-value items and a wider variety. We also offer custom prize curation — popular for weddings (personalized keepsakes), birthdays (themed prizes), and corporate events (branded merchandise).

Our machines typically require a footprint of approximately 4’ × 4’ and a ceiling clearance of at least 6.5 feet. We also need access to a standard 110V electrical outlet within 10 feet of the placement area. Most indoor and tented venues accommodate this easily — just let us know your space ahead of time.

Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due the week of your event. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo for your convenience.

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7–13 days receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable; however, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule for a future date.

Our machines are designed for indoor use. For outdoor events, we can accommodate setups under a tent or canopy that provides adequate shelter from direct sunlight, wind, and weather. Please mention your outdoor plans when booking so we can plan accordingly and ensure a safe, smooth setup.
